I dont thinks its quite a win but its better than nothing. Im upset about the fact that the USMC like every other military force is gonna trash that area. Ive been to 29 stumps I dont understand why they need more area that place is massive. Just my .02.

All they need to do now is drop some ord and claim there's some unexploded..... end of access!

At least its preserved for some length of time, hopefully it wont get regulated ala rubicon

No all they have to do is do a field ex with blanks and they can claim UXO.
