Hey everyone, looks like miller is closed for the season. Here is a message I got from one of the guys that always runs miller with us.

Thanks

Hi Larry,

Sorry it's taken soo long to get back to you. I talked with chuchupate ranger station yesterday and Miller will not be open this season. The logging contract for hazard trees due to the Day fire is going slowly.

Take Care,

Logging???? they've obviously ruined miller trail if this is true. Although maybe this el nino will give it a good washing.

hey Travis, you know something we dont?
if we do have another el nino this winter just think of the other trails that might get closed down due to land slides, rock slides, downed trees, & flooding. even parts of 99 was closed because the under passes were flooded.
heck, we might get some snow on the valley floor.
we need the water but like the last one they wont be able to save it all and it will be gone before we know it. :(
