1-27-08 snow run report

It was a blast!!! There was a total of about... i want to say 8 or 9 rigs. The group consisted of a few people from the frasier club( rob, Phil, etc..) and some guys from L.A.. oh and me!!! :-p We went up to a trail off of 138, which was just absoutly covered in snow!!! It was so bad That a group of toyota from Ventura who went first turned around about a 1/2 mile thru the first part cause they couldnt go any further. We got about a another 1/2 mile pass them before we where pretty much through as well. Nothing like plowing snow! We came across a section the had a mound of snow about 7ft high. plowing thru that would of been like hitting a wall lol say good by hood and grill..! lol At that point we called it a day. we had an early start and an early end, well... sorta... After words a guy from frasier(Rob, thanks it was a blast!) decided to go play out on some trail behind his house. Thanks to him we where able to get passed the CHP road block who said chains only! We spent another hour or 2 in about 3-4ft of snow lol plowing away we where! lol Well thats my report! Hope to do it again.
