G&G Off-Road Grand Opening Bash
Thanks for the great event Richard! Good food, good music, good wheeling, and good people.
I lost count of Infectious rigs at 23, but I'm sure I missed some. The Trailblazers also had a good turnout, providing some awesome entertainment with their bad-azz buggies.
Infectious, with daily driver street-legal rigs held our own against the trailer-queens of the Trailblazers in the Jeep stacking event (and we don't need no stinking ramps
). I saw Richard take out a huge extension ladder, so I am assuming he got some shots from above the action. From the ground, the stacking job by both clubs looked very cool.
There were lots of winches put to use on rigs both mild and extreme. It took 3 winches to get Monepit's sub off the minivan. I really enjoyed the demonstration put on by the COOT, and the appearance of the Barbie Jeep Safari Kar
.
I got to the event 1 1/2 hours late so I was not able to get footage of the guys that wheeled early (sorry Larry and Harry). Enjoy the vid;
