Introductions
Posted: December 10th, 2010, 5:30 pmEvening everyone! Just to introduce myself to the group. I been living in the Kern Valley area (Weldon) with my wife and two grandchildren for the past 9 years. Moved here from the Hemet area (Riverside County). While living in the Hemet area, I went on several runs with the Hemet Jeep Club. At that time I drove a 74 Jeep CJ5, 304 engine and manual trans. It was a fun vehicle but life situation changed and I got into tournment Bass Fishing so I sold my Jeep. Recently I bought another Jeep. This one is a Jeep Cherokee Larado with a 4.0 straight 6 engine. I have installed some custom parts but it's still "A work in progress" I hope to be able to meet some of the members and go on some rides with the group.
