Ready to wheel!

Postby BIOSHK01XJ » December 18th, 2011, 1:25 pm

Just looking for people to go 4wheelin with; can never get enough seat time it seems. I'm from South Dakota but came out here after 6 great years with the USAF to attend university (CSUN). Been off-roading since I bought my 1st Cherokee back in 99', and currently on my 3rd XJ. Unfortunately it's a daily driver until I can afford a 2nd vehicle, so i tend to avoid obstacles that could rape my bank acct, and stick to wheelin mostly moderate but some difficult trails. Very happy with my 2001 XJ as I've put a lot of time and money into it; like most of us Jeep owners, just need to find a way to get my insurance company to cover all the aftermarket parts and installation costs.

List of goodies: 4.5" Rustys lift plus .75" extended shackle w/ JKS quicker disconnects, S.S. extended brake-lines and Bilstein 5100's. Bushwacker cut-out flares housing 33" M/T's. Teraflex SYE, Tom Woods CV driveshaft's front and rear. 4:56 Motive gears. Chrysler 8.25 rearend (29spline). Powertrax rear locker. Trail-head auto deflators and cheap but effective slime air compressor. Drilled and slotted front rotors. B&M tranny cooler. K&N cold air intake. BBK 62mm TB. Flowdaddy header. Magnaflow high-flow cat and muffler. GenRight vented power steering pulley and hood louvers. Rustys trac-bar support brace, and steering box brace. JCR bumpers, lower 1/4 panel armor and T-case skid. LCA skids. Diff protection on the dana30. Rustys rocker knockers and in-cab roll bar. Daystar rear ext bump stops. Hella 500FF with 100w H3 bulbs. Rear shocks mounts w/ skid. Rustys bar pin eliminators on rear shocks. 39 tooth speedo gear. Currie HD tie-rod system.

Previously owned: 2000 XJ w/ Rustys 4.5" lift (rolled RIP), and 1989 XJ w/ 2" BDS budget boost.

Wish list: Super 30 ARB axle kit + gusset and new superior tube seals, Detroit Locker for rear, and 6.5" high clearance long arm with better/ tuned shocks and 34-35" tires on steel rims.
