Another NOOB to kick around
Posted: May 14th, 2012, 12:41 pmHi all. My name is Eric Jordan and I am breaking into the offroad scene. I had a jeep back in late 80's during high school. 90s came around and I got into mini trucks for awhile. After I got out of the Air Force in 98 I moved back to the Bako area and bought a dodge truck to take to the beach or up the hills to fling some lead or arrows. I got hooked on racing RC cars for about 8 years until a buddy talked me into buying a jeep.
I bought an 89 YJ, I like the headlights no matter what anyone says. I have been slowly getting it ready for offroad and occasional onroad use around town. It is not my daily driver although it is a kick to drive. Will post more what's done and what I plan to do with it.
I am learning as I go and using the search function to find what I need, but may ask for help when needed. I am a YouTube mechanic. I watch someone who knows WTF they are doing then I get my hands dirty learning hands on.
