Finally got me a jeep...After riding along on 4wheelin excursions with my buddies the last few years I just could'nt take it anymore! Now i just have to win the lottery to get all the mods i want...haha

I live in bakersfield and have an 08' jk X auto. So far these are the mods

Rubicon Express Superflex 3.5" lift with fixed upper/adjustable lower control arms, track bar, and stainless brake lines
Wrangler Duratrac 315/70/R17s
Bushwacker Flat Fenders
JKS quicker disconnects
XRC 8000 winch
Airaid cold air intake
Homemade grill inserts--->last weekends project
lots of new scratches...
building a roof rack similar to the body armor rack and rockers this weekend...Anyone have a good source for powder coating?

Looking forward to meeting everyone and can't wait to go out and have some fun.

Welcome man. Nice Heep. Try not to go to big on that roof rack. Trails like Swamp Lake will eat those things up.

Welcome to IOR, and great looking Jeep! :beermug:

American Fab does a good job powdercoating.

But a word of advise; most seasoned off-roaders stay away from powdercoat because you will chip it and gouge it on the trail - then it will look like shit when you try to cover it up and will continue to chip. Its best to just get yourself a case of semi-flat black spray paint and touch-up after each trip. I go through about a box of spray paint every six months.
