I like them and all but I'd rather do an IOR Halloween, whether at DD's or Calico. If not Halloween, when can we do a desert run??

We can do Calico anytime Zak. Maybe you could convince Chris to not have any booze and then ppl could make a run on the 26th? hahah.... yeah, like that would ever happen.

I vote to do Calico the weekend prior to DD's party on the 26th, as I am guessing Goatfest might be the weekend after (and there's another run for ya!).

I'm going to the party, end of story. Even if its at 1130pm when I get off work. I'm hoping I can get that and the next day off. What is this "Goatfest" you all speak of???

Yep, you and Katie HAVE to go :yup:

Goatfest is a Johnson Valley run that Richard puts together every year in November.

Looks like I will be heading out Friday afternoon. So no getting there early to figure out where we are camping. I believe that we are camping with the Unleashed 4x4 group , and wrecked 4x4 group. If I can find them. Once we get there though :drinks: :freakout: :celebrate: :camping:

Brett.... Wrecked always seems to be in Mule Canyon. Just follow it up and you'll find them.

yes,,, if you can find mule canyon,, you can't miss the "wrecked" camp

get off the freeway at the yermo exit, make a left over the freeway,
mule canyon is a well marked, well maintained dirt road on your right
about 3 miles from the freeway.
you will probably see traffic on it, and even folks at the road waiting
for others in their group to show up.
"wrecked" will be at the "Y"
my bro and i will be camping in the canyon west of mule to avoid
the moon dust on the connector trail.
you'll drive right by our camp in route to "odessa, doran, the gatekeeper
and so on
