Second Tuesday of every month at 6 PM.
@ abendx's house (PM for directions)

[*]Poker night will be at my house the first few months or forever, depending on the groups feelings. I do not mind hosting.[/*:m]
[*]Host provides alcohol and food. Guests provide mixers, ice, and their rigs/parts.[/*:m]
[*]I have a pretty well stocked shop and will open it up on this night to members that want something worked on. I am no mechanic nor metal worker, but can get most shit done and we have resources in the club that can solve almost any issue. [/*:m]
[*]Poker/Garage night will be the [i]second Tuesday[/i] of the month. It will run from 6 pm til we are done or the neighbors complain. [/*:m]
[*]Subject matter for all Poker/Garage nights is four wheeling, our rigs, and pussy.... there is nothing else to discuss at a four wheeling meeting. PERIOD![/*:m][/list:u]

Yes I know I am a a-hole for creating the conflict, but hey... fight assholery with assholery![/color] Maybe things have changed since I was kicked out, but for the two (three ?) straight years I attended, attendance was always low and wheeling was never a subject that anyone really talked about. My feeling is that a wheeling club should focus on wheeling and it's lifestyle. Guys at a meeting should be talking about their adventures on the trail, what they plan on doing with their rigs, and bouncing ideas about wheeling off one another. The current situation in Oxnard doesn't lend itself to that, so I am creating another option for the folks those that believe a wheeling club is about wheeling. We'll shoot the shit about wheeling over beer and turn wrenches.... in my opinion, exactly what this should all be about!
