Bakersfield Veterans Day Parade November 11th 2014!

It's that time of year again!

We are signed up for the Bakersfield Veterans Day parade. They are very excited to have us out yet again. We are the talk of the parade, this will be our 5th year participating and people are now showing up to see use perform! They even called me to make sure we got our entry in.

This years theme: [b]Strong, Committed, and Proud: Every Veteran Counts.[/b]

Important Details:
[b]Date: November 11th 2014
Time: Parade starts at 10am but we need to show up at around 8:00 as the streets fill up fast
Meeting spot: 95-A
We are on North-East side of 22nd st and O st. (I will scan and post the map soon)[/b]


Post up for decorating ideas. What can we do to make this year special?

Maybe we can actually put together a practice this year....

my job does not give this day off, so i took a vacation day and

Awesome! If we are going to attempt the statue of liberty we need to practice as we have a short time in front of the judges stand.

I think it's a great idea though.

Especially considering that it takes of over 1/2 hour to do it right now
