Secret. I will take you and show you the secret handshake. Not far from the exit for the Hammers, but going in the opposite direction.

It is a long drive for a one day run, but it is possible.

So is it off the 15, or the 247? Just trying to see if its worth the hassle of a day trip.

its off the 247, it is a long haul for a day trip, the cougar buttes trails are good for a day trip, i don't think i would be up for the drive to mottino with the kids, if we do the cougar trails ill be a maybe, will have to see what happens in next couple weeks.

30-45 mins further than the Cougar Buttes trails (Bullfrog, etc)... maybe 20 mins further than the Hammers trails. This is to the trailhead, not the demarcation from the 247. If you were driving to the Hammers, it is 5-10 mins closer than the exit for the Hammers (Mean's Dry Lake area). 34.275367, -116.662717
