Looks like the weather is against us going to Ridgecrest on Sat, so let's go to the snow on Sunday. We'll go up Piute Mtn Rd. We ran this a month ago and didn't make it all the way to the top, and there was a ton of snow. With the weather Fri and Sat there will be fresh snow on Sunday.

Let's meet at the Jack-in-the-box at Weedpatch and 58 at 7:30, leave at 8:00.

I'm in. Tomorrow I'm gonna be working on the xj. Saturday I will be going to twin oaks, so I'll meet up with you guys at the red store around 9am. (If you're not setting a record through the canyon it should take about an hour from weedpatch hwy.)

Thanks for the offers guys. I forgot that Eric has a set of 35" BFG's sitting at the shop. I might mount them up today and run them.

From the looks of it, it could be a snow run just getting to the trail. :wings:

I'm going to have to duck out Richard. My Jeep is having issues after todays run. Getting a grinding noise in the suspension, destroyed my poly SB links driving over a cattle guard at 30 MPH, and ABS going crazy. I stayed out for hours tonight trying to troubleshoot the ABS problem but no luck.

Mine had something similar after a trip to some mud. Abs lights and ESP lights on abs kicking in on the freeway. Took it to dealership it was 2 bad abs sensors.
