Me and several others are heading out to Panamint Valley on Thursday the 25th. Plans are:

Thursday: Nightmare Gulch, Trona Pinnacles, Slate Range Trail and camp near Ballarat.

Friday: Up South Park and down Pleasant Cyn. Camp near Ballarat.

Saturday: Up Goler into Death Valley. Camp up there, perhaps at one of the cabins.

Sunday: Down Goler and home.

Probably close to 200 miles of offroad. Mostly easier terrain, but scenic. Dry camping in the desert with NO SERVICES...so BYO water and gas!

WOW!!! What an awesome sounding run!!!! I wish I didn't already have plans with "The Boss"...lol! That weekend!

I know but you didn't set a concrete date for me to send out in a e-mail.

We do it every October. November we usually camp at Red Rock the weekend after Thanksgiving. We'll be running Last Chance then.

The Panamint Valley run did not happen. I am having issues with my Jeep. She's not running 100%. Instead we went to Red Rock Cyn SP, and screwed around on the mining roads and did Nightmare Gulch.
