Probably Mottino Wash, which really isn't in the direct area. Other than that, the trails are easy to moderate. The FJ cruiser and Land Rover clubs do John Bull all the time if that tells you anything. But the scenery and weather will be awesome.

But aren't you an official KOH Junior Assistant to an Assistant Junior Tire Deflater?

So what is easy for you might not be for the rest of us. :hitfan:

It mans that you are bad ass Pete and what might be easy for you, might not be for everyone else. Take for example that guy in the TOY. He might not be able to handle the speed bumps behind your place without cracking and needing a winch line. Not everyone is badass like you and well, some guys that drive TOYs are even worse than that! :stirPot:

Remember, I love you both like a sister. :thefinger: :thefinger:

I think he might even be a pro with the way he gets it all in one pass.... i.e Pete can perform a mean ATM.

I will be at Big Bear Forest Fest in June -- have always had a good time in the past. This year it is near one of my son's birthdays, and he wanted to invite a friend to go out camping/wheeling with him -- seemed like a safe choice.

My run schedule at BBFF is:
Friday Night -- John Bull
Saturday -- JK-Owners Run led by Larry McRae (usually we do Mottino Wash)
Sunday -- Onyx Summit

As for the weekend of July 9th & 10th, I could be a *maybe.* Usually I am up in Big Bear for the Fourth of July weekend/holiday -- so it will depend on whether or not the boss (wife) says I can go up two weekends in a row; or whether there is a swim meet for the boys.

Ty.... how close are you to the beach there in SD? I am thinking I could trade an ocassional room at the beach for an ocassional room up in the mountians. :brows:

My neighbor really wants me to go o BBFF with him.... I am not usually for these big, crowded events.... but will consider it if the snow level on the Con hasn't become passable, as it might be fun to see an event from a vendor's prospective? Ah... thinking about it, he'll probably try to put me to work. Maybe a bad, bad idea.... I hate work! :)

Hey Brad,

Here in the San Diego area, we are about 20+ miles straight east from Oceanside. We might be able to work some kind of trade. I try to wheel up there as much as the schedule allows during the Spring and Summer; and if it is just me and the boys up for the weekend, I usually open the place up to whoever needs a place to crash -- that wouldn't be a problem.
