September 11, 2011 will be the 10 year Memorial for the tragic events that happened that day. I am not sure if anyone here has seen the campaign going on called "I Will"

here are a few links you should check out to learn about this movement:
http://911day.org/
(if you look at #2 & #3 on the right side of the page, this is what I want to do, make a video and post it on their site, we can edit the vid with some clips of the runs so they can see our rigs. The vid should include what you were doing that morning (9/11/01) and how you found out about the tragic events, I really want to make this happen)

http://www.facebook.com/#!/911day?sk=app_2392950137 (videos)

:salute: Saturday September 10, 2011 we will be doing a night run, Freeway Ridge will be the location of the run, and the normal meeting spot the Chevron on 178 (PM me if you need ifo on the meeting spot) at 1900 hrs (7:00 pm) and leave for the trail head @ 1930 hrs (7:30 pm)
I would like to get a group pic before the run, so when you park at the Cheveron, pose your vehicles for the pictures, and I would like to get a group pic of everyone that attends.
I will be going to Cindy's for breakfast fter the run, anyone would like to join me, I understand people get tired and just want to go home.
:salute:

SO PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!!! AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS

This run means a lot to me, 9/11 ignited the war on terrorism, and as many of you know, I was deployed twice to fight for this cause, and i am sure most of you, if not all of you know someone that was also deployed. Not to mention the thousands of lives that was lost on that tragic day. Don't do this run for me, do it for the Firefighters, Police men and women, the paramedics, EMT's, the civilians the volenteered to help out and lost their lives, the men on the United Airlines flight 93 that fought the terroist and caused their plane to go down killing everyone on board, but actually saving thousands of lives if that flight made it to its destination, but if you want to do it for me thats cool too. You get my point, share this information with everyone you know, I really want to make this an event that people talk about for a long time.

Thanks

I was in A.I.T. When it happened and the drill instructors put us all in formation in front of the barracks and told us. Then told us we will probably be getting shipped out straight out of school. It was to say the least a tear jerker. :salute:

I have never been to calico or hungry valley. The weather will probably be better in hungry valley I think.

Calico hands down from your choices. I'll be in for some more Scrabbler Canyon and anything else Richard throws our way. Best thing about Calico (even though this didn't really work out last time), is that we can have a mild run (Doran/Odessa loop) and a wild run through unimaginable shit.

Ya, its leaking from the input or somewhere. It has to be pulled to fix it. So I am getting it rebuilt. Might as well. It's gone through Hell and back a few times. I have just lost all motivation. Victor said he has room, that should give me some motivation.

I believe that Jeep Deere and I will be there. So far it looks like we are fixed enough to go :)
