I just wanted to update everyone on where we are on Raffle donations for the event this Saturday at the Veterans hall.
Off the top of my head:
A set (5) 35x12.50x17 BFG KM2 Donated by [b]Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep[/b]
A Smitty Built Power Tank and a Couple hundred Dollars in Gift cards Donated by [b]4 Wheel Parts.[/b]
Air compressor, diff cover, hood louvers, utility winch, Magic Mountain Tix, K.O.H DVD's (20), Tow Straps, Coupons, Ice Chests, More 4 wheel parts gift cards, and a lot more. This is going to be a great time! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Is this at the same time as the car crush at 4WheelParts?

No, it's after (6:30) at the Norris Veterans' hall. The 4 Wheel Parts guys are going to be there as well. As long as you don't roll on the car crush, you should be able to make it in time!

Sounds like fun....are you selling tickets online and is physical presence needed to win?

Miller Lockwood Will be at 7am at Mcdonalds on White Ln Leaving at 7:30 to be at Flying J at 8 and trailhead around 9. I will be leading this Run.

The other's are not set yet. Will post up when they are set. And the raffle Tix are not being sold online... Although I'm sure you can have somebody buy you tickets and watch them. Heck, you could paypal me some $$$ and I could buy your tix.

Ya, no Alcohol . That's a whole can of worms we could not afford to get into! But we can get more people in there and have it all to ourselves.

Here are the runs for the Sunday Trail Appreciation Day:


Sherman Peak: Meet at Mesa Marin Chevron at 7 AM, leave at 7:30

Last Chance Canyon: Meet at the Jack in the Box @ 58 and
184 (Weedpatch Hwy) at 7:30 AM, leave at 8

Miller: meet at the Jack In The Box in Frazier Park off I-5 at 8 AM, leave at 8:30

Freeway Ridge: Meet at Mesa Marin Chevron at 8 AM, Leave at 8:30



This info will also be handed out at the dinner on Sat.

I think I have to work Saturday night (work nights)....If we miss the dinner can we go on the rides on sunday? Also for some of us that dont know..what are the difficulty levels of the runs? I have only done Freeway Ridge and none of the others. I am sure some other newbies would like to know. Thanks!

Absolutely, You can go on any of the runs. They are all about the same (Sherman is probably the easiest). They are all scenic and all have options to have a little fun on.

That's really cool that Marlin will be on hand. I'll be there, but I won't make any of the runs tomorrow. I'll be at Universal Studios taking advantage of those free season passes I got a while back.
