For those Infected Members who have been following, we been having a lot of issues with the manager at Chuys. From shitty customer service, to recently giving us the boot on Thursday nights, to forgetting to set up an area for us every month.

Lots of options were discussed and some great suggestions were made. Roger mentioned Logan's on California and brought up that it has everything Chuy's has.

Becka, Matt, and myself met with the manager at Logan's today and they are VERY accommodating and really want us there. They are giving us the whole patio, roping off the front lot facing California Avenue for us, and bringing in extra service on that night. There will be no hidden gratuity charges and everyone will order separately like we do now. They have happy hours from 5-6 and from 9-10. They serve beer and mixed drinks.

So, we will give them a try this month and see how we like it.

Next Thursday, 5/9/13

WHERE:
Logan's Roadhouse
3310 California Ave
Bakersfield, CA 93304

WHAT TIME:
Time: 5:30-10:00pm

So lets pack the house next Thursday and show them what IOR is about! After this we will get feedback from all members who attend, and decide from there.

OH AND EVERYONE.... there are two rod iron doors that lead to patio so you dont have to go to the front doors and be waited to be seated just head in threw patio

All of this surmised from one truck getting broken into? The Walmart parking lot in Rosedale (which Chuy's is a part of) has the second highest rate of car theft in town, behind the Valley Plaza. We will have the whole patio to ourselves at Logan's, with the rigs parked right in front of the patio.

I obviously elected after much consternation to share recent information with my fellow loved off roading family. I have eaten there before, it was okay. I lived around the corner on Dracena for several years and ultimately moved as I watched the neighborhood deteriorate. No offense meant at any level. [/color]

I just ate there a few days ago. Food is not bad. Service was good, and those flavored teas are good!

Its good that you shared the info!!! If anybody knows something, This site is the place to tell it.

I'll be there. Logan's is close to my house, but of course Chuy's is close to work. Lot's of traffic on California there also.

You'll need someone with virtually no approach angle for the second car from the top. Roger and Chris, do your wheelbases match? It might work best if they didn't.

i have that rhino horn on the front,, so
i was thinking of backing up the stack
and using the horn for a "wheely bar"
