Two events...

Beadlock party Tomorrow at noon 2300 short st, near rocket shop on s union

KOH PITS, this year is our first year racing, we are sharing pits with Richard/Petty Cash Racing and one other team.

We have 4 pits to man and 3 Racers to support, gonna be a busy day and exciting race

What we need is volunteers that can be at KOH wednesday the 5th and thursday the 6th of February

Come see a different side of KOH and drink our beer, its gonna be a blast.

Your help can get us to the podium and show the big money guys that this race is Everyman's Challenge not the Lucky Guy's Wallet...

We're teaming up and will be pitting for 3 vehicles, which makes it much more interesting for the pit crews. Two stock class XJ's and Matt's Wrangler. We'll need to staff four pit locations. Because of the multiple cars we won't be able to move people from one location to the next until the last car comes through that pit, so we'll need to have all four pits fully staffed and equipped.

I've exhausted all my resources and cannot get anybody to take the time off to help. I think were screwed at this point.

We will be on the lakebed from Saturday Feb1st, till the saturday after raceday. Cell reception will be almost nonexistant.

For those coming for Pit Support, come find us at Pit 217 Mastercraft on Wednesday or before, pit passes tripple/double in price on Thursday.

The rig is so close to finalized its exciting. This is gonna be a fun week.

Wish I could make it this year, I just can't afford the time off of work.

Fyi Richard will be at pit 136 Poison spyder, may also find us there from time to time

How much are pit passes? Kids allowed?

Matt, do you know which day you will be running the LCQ / time trials? I might make it out there just for the day.

Kids are allowed but it's dangerous in the pits if not careful. $20 for spectators. Extra $5 for pit passes. $50 on race day.

We are also helping Jeff Russel Fri in the main race. He has a bad ass bright red IFS car and was 3rd for the season in the western series. Anyone who wants to help pit Fri for an unlimited car that is a contender is welcome.

We will have a pit meeting for the EMC race on Wed afternoon/evening. Probably at 8:00 pm after contingency and the EMC drivers meeting. The meeting will be in the 4643 tent at 136 Poison Spider. Be sure to check in with Matt or Aaron for up to date plans, you'll really need to be at that meeting if you're going to work in the pits. Also, you'll need a pit crew wrist band which is $5 (plus the $20 spectator band) and you'll need to be there early enough on Wed to sign the waiver at registration and get your pit band. Our pit is real close to Hammertown and on a corner and we have a 20x40 tent, so if you can't find Matt look for us at 136 Poison Spider.

You do not need a pit crew band to enter and walk through the garage area. You do need a pit crew wrist band and pay the $5 and sign the waiver/USAC insurance form to be in the pit areas on race day. The $5 provides insurance for pit crew members on race day, not sure what the coverage is. If you don't have the spectator band, then you pay $25 and get a pit crew band.

Oh, and unfortunately, no drinking on race day until after the race. The rest of the time go for it.
