I would like to order some shirts and stickers for this run. Would anyone be interested in purchasing?

If so, i would like to get an order list made up over the next few weeks.

here's the plan as of now and could change tomorrow
we leave early thursday morning (we left around 4:30 last year) and meet up with the guys from up north. we run some trails on thursday and then camp out near the rubicon thursday night. friday we hit the con. run the rubicon to rubicon springs and camp out there. saturday morning we head up cadilac hill.

like i said thats the plan as of now, this is what we did last year and it worked out great for only 4 rigs. with at least 7 rigs things could change at any time.

now for some of the smaller details
it cost $15 to camp at the springs
i fueled up a total of 5 times (bakersfiled to bakersfield, once to top off before the rubicon) other rigs may need more or less.
freeze some water and bring enough.
food (i just brought stuff for sandwiches & snacks)
mosquito repelent!!!!!!! (i got eaten alive last year)
something to poop in might be a good idea, there were some out houses near the springs last year and a bathroom at the store where we topped off for gas and the campground where we camped thursday night.

well that's it for now, should be a great time :celebrate:
does anyone else need to be added to the list?
does anyone need to be moved from the maybe list?

Larry

porta potties are required. Crapping in the woods is a no no and will get the trail shut down.

Can I be added to the maybe (80% chance I will go) list? I am pretty new on here and have never been to the Rubicon but sure would like too. Heard you guys were a pretty cool group so I will try and make it....just gotta get the jeep ready.

Looks like its going to be a good run. Some of the locals are claiming that the trail is going to be extra tough this year, maybe the toughest it has ever been (even worse than in 2005). I guess the trail is still snowed in bad, and still snowing right now. They are already above 150% of normal and still snowing and heavy snow maybe late this week. Some early June runs look like they are already being cancelled, as the whole trail will still have some snow and there is no way that anyone is doing the Cadilac side in early June. Its going to be wet, muddy, and extra washed out in early July :Thumb: . Really looking forward to this one.

Just call in sick :dontknow:
it's just a job, the paper is full of them.
We're talking the RUBICON!!!
Wet & maybe some snow.
Get your priorities straight, you work so you can afford to wheel right?
So if you don't wheel why work :dontknow:
so go to the rubicon & go to work when you get back :yup:
lol, do you really wanna go? If you do then you'll find a way.

Good thing I put in for the time off last year.
