I copied and going to past the info from http://www.jeep-xj.com the other forum I go alot
A Fun run! Here's the plan...
Meet up on 2-27 at 10:00am
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=34.57...50,-118.374350
If you are coming from the 5, get off at Newhall Ranch Rd and head east. You will go past Mc Bean and then make a left on Bouquet. Take Bouquet all the way up to the meet spot.
Rowher is basically a bunch of dirt trails....a few obstacles. A few steep inclines/declines, nice views. It's a nice trail to get out and tool around. CB channel 11.
After the trail, we can head out for a bit to eat.
After we eat, Lou and I are staying at the Mariot
Valencia - Stevenson Ranch
28523 Westinghouse Place
Valencia, California 91355
You all are welcome to come over- and you boys can hang out.
If you want to get a hotel room, I went to price line and got it for $50 a night (reguarly $125) Type in Stevenson Ranch- 3 stars- name your price at $50
Sunday- We can go to Gormin- Meet at 10:00 am in park near the man made rock obstacle and do a few trails up there. It's $8 a vehicle to get in and they have a few man made obsticles with rock crawling that are pretty RAD! Then, there is a trail up there that we can run (if it's open). It's a good time to go; in the summer it gets too hot.
If you are planning on going, make sure to bring enough food and water for the day(s). If you're bringing your lady, don't forget the toliet paper!
Post up!
So what do you guys think, me and my wife are like 84.7% sure we are going on this run, maybe even both days, if you just want to do the Hungy Valley part on sunday that would be cool too.
