I have potential buyer for my jeep but he wants it lowered to 5.5 inches or 4.5 inches.
currently i have 7.5 inches springs in front and 5.5 in back with a 2 inch acos spacer. I dont believe the pinion angle was correctly adjusted when it was raised from 5.5 to 7.5 the back springs bow a little.

At 5.5 couldn't you get 5.5 front springs, do some trimming, adjust bump stops and control arms and that be all?

4.5 would require tube fenders front and back, shorten driveshafts, four re springs looking around 1300 dollars for all buying cheapest products.

can anyone give me some ideas please.

They either want the jeep or they don't.
If they want it 2" shorter then they can do it.
Sell the jeep the way it sits, you don't have to put more money into it to sell it. You don't have to put an extra $1300 just to set the jeep up the way they want it. I'm sure there's alot of other stuff you could spend $1300 on.
Just my opinion, don't let them take advantage of you.
