It depends on where you feel it from. If it's from the front it could be alignment. If it feels like it's from the center or there about it could be a Ujoint, which what it sounds like to me. since its just for a minute I'd rule out wheel out of balance. I'd chalk it from rolling, put it in neutral while the engine is off. and try and rotate the drivelines. Any strange movement side to side or up and down, or slop in the ujoints are a sure sign.

Does it always do it at the same speed or RPMs? Alignment and tire balance issues tend to get worse with speed. An out-of-balance drive shaft vibration or engine problem will happen at higher RPMs rather than speed.

Worn tires and/or tires out of balance usually shows up between 50-65, so the tires could be the problem if you feel some front end shacking. If the shaking is violent, it could be bad steering components, bad shocks, bad ball joints, bad steering stabilizer, bad shocks, made worse by tires.

My conclusion:

tranny mount is gone... causing knocking

Pitman arm loose & can be tightend up but eventually will need to be replaced... causing loose steering and play

Trac bar housing bolts are loose... causing front axle to walk the road

And plus what u already know:
Needs shocks
Tires
Oil leak
And tune up

Lol
