Bikini top

Ok so my bikini top just arrived. I would like to put it on and keep it on. If the weather turns cruddy can you put the soft top over the bikini top without having any problems or do I need to remove the bikini top first

Most bikini tops use a header of some kind (usually purchased separate) that wont allow you to have both on at the same time
sent to you from a paper cup & some long ass string
