was wondering what all i need to eliminate the 2 piece axle on the passenger side? Is there a kit i could get or a cheap way of doing it myself?

Put TJ axles in place of your YJ axles and make a cover for your vacum access.

I have a set of D30 27 spline axles out of my TJ for sale.

for a 95 yj its very simple, use carquest seal #471765 for the inner seal at the differntial.

make a block off plate for the vacumn disconnect

use either tj shafts or 97ish and up cherokee shafts

on the 95 yj, it should already have the larger joint on the drivers side shaft so shouldnt need to swap it out.

The big thing is you need to pull the carrier and install the correct seal, then just put in the one piece shaft. Plenty of used one piece shafts around.
