Need a smog shop
Posted: August 1st, 2012, 6:46 amI need to find a smog shop that might be somewhat liberal on the visual inspection. I have a car that had a non serviceable air box on the car and the PO changed it out for a K&N style cone filter . The stock parts are use but air box is removed, nothing has actually been changed except the removal of the air box. I know it will pass the sniffer with flying colors I just dont want to buy a $600 air box just to pass a visual.
