My son's Jeep had one on it when I bought it. I put one in the front of my Daughter's Jeep because she had problems disco-ing.
Honestly, they suck. They take away articulation off-road and do a horrible job as a sway-bar on the road. Really, you are better off just discoing the factory sway bar in the front - hell you are out of the Jeep airing up and down anyway. A good front sway bar is absolutely necessary on a JK for handling on the road.
As for the rear, everyone I have ever met who has removed the rear sway bar on their JK could not tell the difference. 100s of people have done it on JKO and couldn't tell the difference. I have had no rear sway bar in my JK for 3 years. Before spending big bucks on something you might not need, do the following:
1) Go out and drive around, doing some maneuvers at speed.
2) Go back home, unbolt your rear sway bar links from the axle and fasten them up out of the way with zip ties (this should only take 10 minutes). Now go out and do the exact same drive.
3) If there wasn't a noticeable difference, than a fancy rear sway bar is like flushing money down the toilet.

I didn't bolt up the rear sway bar after I did my lift, and I seriously can't tell that there isn't one on there. I think it's useless, so mine is zip tied up out of the way until I get time from working on my motorcycle to actually remove it and throw it in the trash.
