What kind of seat framing is this from??!!

So I was throwing away my trash in my car when I came across 4 15x10 rims and a seat framing of some sort... 3 of the rims were black one was white painted black on the front so I left that one( I only really needed 2 rims of paddles.) but anyway my concern is about the seat frame and what it came off off.

Here are some pics can you tell what it's from?

Yeah, I have no clue, I'm really just hoping the 15x10's are 5x4.5 so I can throw some low cut paddles on it for the dunes :)
