Nitrogen Charge:
- Dual Opposing Reservoirs
- 150psi – 160psi per side (end user can custom adjust if desired)

Shaft (Rod) Material:
- Parallel Shafts Extend from a Floating Body
- AISI 1045 centerless ground steel shaft, Rockwell hardness C70 hard chrome plated, 12RMS finish

Rod End:
- Industry standard rod end (½ inch fine thread) ½ -20 UNF (multiple types of rod ends will work)
- Rod ends feature adjustable length & Teflon race

Tube Housing:
- Seamless 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum
- Piston wearbands are Bronze impregnated Teflon (40% Bronze 60% Teflon)

Shaft Wiper-Seal:
- Teflon dual wiper & triple seal

Valve Disks (stacks): custom valve stacks available
- Butterfly style 17-7PH stainless steel, with a Rockwell hardness of C40

those look crazy

Looks crazy but wouldn't work on my xj.

Id rather spend my money on a set of brand nnew bypasses and cut my shit open and make room. Its a cool idea. But for what they cost its not that cool.

And I heard you can't re-valve them to match your vehicle.

Saw those at off-road expo and was not impressed.

Those shafts are very tiny diameter and seemed to flex even with hand pressure on the display model. They are also not tuneable, so you are stuck with whatever valving they give you.

Big and ugly.

Fabulous idea. Great out of the box thinking. We had a long talk at Expo about the possibility of using them for stock class KOH, since we must mount our shocks below the floor so the extra travel out of the short length is perfect. We decided they wouldn't work for us now, but with further development they certainly could. I wouldn't hesitate to run them on what they were made for, but for other things the lack of tuning ability is a problem. I already know how they could be made into reservoir shocks to handle extra heat, just need to work on easier valving.
