1 car too far; what a fucking JOKE!!!!!!!!
I have been anxiously waiting for the last 3 months for the TV show "One Car Too Far" to air. It was supposed to be a Jeep TJ with a 4-banger and 31s dropped by helicopters into some of the most remote places on earth and they have to drive their way out. It was supposed to have a British SAS survival expert and an American Professional off-roader as the hosts.
What I have been seeing over the last 2 weeks is the possibly the worst show I have ever watched. I have never been blue-balled this bad before. The "off-road expert" is a whiny little bitch that hates getting dirty and has never even owned an offroad vehicle (he does gumball rallies in Hummers) and the show is COMPLETELY staged and idiotic.
What I have seen over the last two episodes:
1) He never airs down. He will even tie ropes to his wheels like snow-chains rather than air down.
2) He has no clue how to drive and constantly crashes the Jeep into stuff.
3) He tells the audience that his synthetic winch-line could snap and kill people.
4) When the producers obviously try to fake a D35 broken shaft by swapping in a broken one, they don't even know how to use a hi-lift handle to get out - THEY MAKE THE JEEP A FREAKING SLED!!!!! And he calls it a broken "half shaft".
5) There is "conveniently" perfectly cut and shaped logs of equal size laying right where they need to make a bridge.
6) He has no clue how to drive in water or how to prep it for water crossing. He rubs some vasoline over mud, lol.
7) They "conveniently have tubs of vasoline and other supplies in the Jeep when they need it.
The driver is a pussy-ass, whiny little biatch, who hates doing anything and getting dirty. The exact opposite of a real off-roader.
I officially took this one off my DVR.
Check it out if you have the stomach for it; http://dsc.discovery.com/tv-shows/one-c ... pisode.htm

. Rather than use the hi-lift handle trick, which has been the fix for 20 years, he makes a sled out of a log. Really stupid.
