Since the zombie hordes seem to be growing, I decided it was a good time to test out my new custom build;

Its a custom 700 action with a 17" varmint contour barrel threaded with the proper shoulder for suppressor use. Chambered in .308. Badger Tactical bottom metal, seekings rings and base, Timney trigger, and all painted with Ceracote coyote tan. The stock is the new McMillin Game-Scout in desert camo, custom made to my specs. I waited almost half a year for this stock, but it was worth it. Very light, handy, and accurate rifle.

Dialed in my 200yd zero and will chrono some rounds this weekend to get my ballistics calibrated and verified.

This is my lightest precision rifle, at only 9# fully loaded with optic. its actually light enough to go Zombie hunting with.

The Sig is nice, I own a 556. but I much prefer my SCAR to it:

The SCAR is the best semi auto money can buy IMO.

That is a real tight group. Nice shooting.

Keep your head low and your powder dry.

I owned a 556 in Texas but sold it cause I was told there illegal in CA. Never looked down the sights of scar though.
