I usually down lots of water before bed. The headache is actually from dehydration.

Excedrine migraine and bottle of water at least before bed. And a recovery rockstar in the morning. The aspirin thins the blood which makes it pass through your body faster, water and IBuprofen help with hydration and headache. And the rockstar has milk thistle which helps for liver cleansing.

That's what I do at least. And it's been a while since I've had a hang over.
