Its wierd me and matt were called and were invited

Most of the time when I call them they dont have what I need in stock. I always call there because they support the club but they sure dont have any parts in stock for my minivan. That and it takes 30 frickin minutes to buy a lube locker and a couple quarts of oil.

My minivan:

Lube Locker is a diff gasket. They are pretty nice when your dialing your stuff in because they are reusable and dont need sillycone. I just changed out the first one I had. That diff has been welded on and Ive had the cover on and off like 3 or four times and it was still sealing.

Calling is a bad idea IMO. The store always has customers in it and they have to help people first-come / first serve, and that includes phone calls. Unfortunately, by nature of that business, every customer takes a long time (parts look-up, lots of questions, people wanting options, quotes, etc.). Every day, single customers tie up employees for hours looking up parts and end up buying nothing. Its not like the grocery store where people are in and out, most times customers take a 15 minutes to a half hour of an employee's time. What else do you expect?

They are always crowded for a reason, because they can get you parts in 24 hours without charging you frieght and will match anyones advertised price.

I understand they arent a normal parts house with dedicated phone people, but I still think calling is better than going down there and waiting a half hour to find out they dont have what I need.

What i usually do is find the part number online then call to buy or order, when i lived farther away but worked in town would order online for in store pickup, frank would call me the next day in the morning to confirm order

Bad part about ordering online is that it doesnt raise stock levels in local wharehouse or store, so now that im in town i just call or stop by.

They give us smoking deals on large items way better than the online prices
