Sorry I have been MIA for the past couple weeks. I have been back in fourth from Bakersfield to Oxnard a lot for the trial of my grandmother's killer. Well yesterday afternoon I found out the final result.
Hung jury.
So now my family and I have to go through this whole mess again Feb 2014. Because 3 jurors couldn't agree that he was guilty.

Needless to say we are all very disappointed.

That's fucking horrible GJ. There is soooo much physical evidence in this case, I was sure it would be done quickly. A racial split in the jury is the only way I could see this happening.

It deeply saddens me that your family will not get closure yet.

That's sad news man, and were sorry to hear it. That dirtbag will get justice sooner or later, whether in the courts or in hell.
