So... it was my birthday last weekend. Jackie has been asking me for months what I want to do... basically, she was fishing to see if I wanted a party so she could get the ball rolling. Since I am not much for the spotlight (at least in a party situation
), I told her that I'd like to go wheeling. So she made sure her kids had a babysitter and we went out for some wheeling.... great trip, check the other thread. But.... Since we were going to be wheeling and camping, we celebrated a little bit the night before. Oh... but all wasn't forgotten on Saturday night. Everyone was being extra festive with the Fireball I brought and Jackie brought a huge tin of cupcakes to celebrate with. One guy even pulled out a mortar and shot up several big fireworks when we were doing the cake thing. But, but.... this is all not the point of my post.
Jackie made me some special gifts.
One was taking this.....

Turning it into this....

Then putting it on a cake crawling rocks made of icing. When it's not an ultra close up.... you'd think she had my rig specially made into a hot wheel. It looks really close! She still needs it back to redo part of it because I keep putting more shit on my rig.... lol. But when she was in JV last weekend, she grabbed a bunch of rocks and when I asked... She told me she'll make the present more permanent with rocks from one of my favorite places.
And that isn't even close to it.... lots of cool shit she made themed to the wheeling including a way cool blanket I'll have to post later.
Even better.... she likes wheeling and has been having me teach her how to work in the shop... she's welding and cutting with the plasma. Watch out boys... I let her drive on Saturday over the lakebed and she wants to do some more. We might have our next buggy builder right here.
