I'll check it out. If I don't think I can do it, I'll take it somewhere. This sucks, I was getting ready to buy a winch but not any more. :banghead:

Its a 15 minute job. If I still ran a XJ or TJ, I would carry a spare on the trail because those bastards go south a lot.

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to buy/order the sensor. I hope they have it in stock because I need to have my Jeep ready for Saturday.

If they don't have it, any auto parts store will, but the quality will not be as good as the factory replacement. The one in my TJ right now was bought at the car quest store at the distribution center off 7th standard.

I was thinking about going that route, but when I called the dealer they said they could have the part by tomorrow morning. So I ordered the camshaft sensor, and the dealer gave me a good price. (It was only $45.) When you put your camshaft sensor in, did you have to adjust anything?

I put the Camshaft sensor in today, and I also picked up a Crankshaft sensor. When I replaced the sensors the Crankshaft sensor ended up being the bad one.
