For those of you with more knowledge and experience than me I have a 13 Rubicon. Is the e- disco gonna give me the same as quick disconnects. I have a set of the JKS quicker disconnects but am wondering if I need them or should just go with the electric one on the Jeep. Any insight and reasons would be much appreciated.

I haven't run manual discos yet but some say you get more flex with the manual discos than with the e-disco.

I run both just because I have them. Figure if the E- disco takes a dump I can still manually disco. Yes you get more flex with manuals if you have the right length shocks.

That's what I heard. Just couldn't find anyone who has done it to back it up. Hopefully someone here has. I want tho most I can get with what I have now but if the JKS quick discos aren't needed then I can sell and have some cash for my rock lights.

Just make sure you adjust the length of your discos so that they are at an angle more than parallell to the horizontal plane. Otherwise you can bend the shit out of them if you do use the E-disco

What length shocks? I just did a 3.5" lift. Need to check on the shock length.

When you fully disco, the shocks become what limits downtravel. When you E-disco the sway bar can be the limiting factor. My links are actually an inch or two too short. I havent had a problem yet but I need to address it. Im not sure on what shocklengths are ideal.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll just use the quick discos and look into the shocks.
