Looks like Advanced came out with a new Atlas with special pricing for the JK.

Sounds like quite the deal... are they just trying to get interest or is something less that I am not seeing?

Also... worth it to get the four speed? I'd like that mid range 2.xx:1 range, but of complication and/or reliability are at stake... no thanks.

Also... easy or not to convert for a new tranny when that day comes?

Those are some good ratios man. I think they finally got the bugs worked out too.

If you plan on changing out your engine/trans, I would wait to do it then and get the right unit.

What are they asking for it? I think I would be more inclined if they had a bigger gap between 2nd and 3rd if you will. .72 isnt much of a differance maybe a 3.50 gear .

I recently put a 4 speed atlas into my friends tj and I cannot believe how well it fit ( I know you don't have a tj but I thought I would share) We went to atlas in Paso robles to check it out first and while we were there we ordered it and got a stellar deal! they have a 4 door jk there that has all there shit on it that you can test out there to get a feel of the different gear ratios. we drove it and it is what made my friend decide to go with a 4 speed instead of the regular 2 speed. I dealt with matt Jackson there and he gave me a good deal. after we ordered on Wednesday it was ready by Friday. so far he is really happy with it. I took it out once to "test" and its so nice to be able to have all the ratios at your finger tips and makes for the perfict gear ratio at all times. weather he is in deep sand or hardcore rocks he can always be in the perfect gear I know most of us have a v6 but its still nice to have that midrange instead of super low, or 4 high my jeep cant do shit in 4 high. Im going to pick one up in the next month for my truggy build.

I like that kind of feedback Thanks. I have to call them and ask about how an engine/tranny swap would affect me with these... just a drive shaft length change, adapter, or more?

I might end up doing that first or at the same time?
