BTW, how big is your fuel cell Cracker?
It is a 10 gallon cell.

You'll love the belts...In the garage they feel really good.

I look forward to trying them out.

Temporary passenger floor in....learned some things and will redo it when I get some aluminum. This piece was cut out of the old buggy panel.

x2.... there is no way Avery is trying to make anyone but himself comfy. After all... he is a POS.
I want to get those same harnesses for my buggy.
I picked up two pair of the PRP 5.3s. I was going to do one ratchet, but was told unless I was racing, they are more of a pain then they are worth... saved me a few bucks in the process. The ones I got are the exact same, without the ratchet. Should be nice. I am guessing I'll have them in two weeks or so as the seats take a bit to make.

Avery... you junk is amazing... can't wait to wheel with you again buddy!

I love the advice you always get.....it almost is always bad fucked up advice or you interpreted it all wrong :thefinger:

LOL

The belts ROCK! It taks a tad getting used to but I went to JV this weekend and did about 50 miles on Saturday and they were incredible. The go fast was far more comfortable and secure. You don't 'have' to crank them down all the time so you can leave them at a more 'normal' length and get in and out normally with them but have the option to crank them down. ?An amazing upgrade for sure. :drinks:

You missed it this weekend! We ran Chocolate Thunder (or sexual chocolate to some of you  ), wrecking ball, Jack Hammer, Bender Alley, Upper Sledge, Jack North, Resolution, Back Door, Highway 19 and 20, Spooners, Outer Limits, After Shock, Boulderdash, Claw, Upper and Lower Johnson's, and ton's of desert between the trails. An absolute blast with some good friends.

Get your 4 day buggy build going!

lol. It DOES look photochopped!

Yeah, it is there.

It is covered in coolant right now. I have an odd issue with the second radiator cap popping and shooting coolent out of a hose on the passenger side. I got to figure that out cause it is abnoxious.

I will add some tubework on the passenger side to give the passenger somewhere to rest their feet and tie it into the seat mount.

Back from Asia and caught up with some other things, I made some more progress on the buggy.

I still had the cooling problem with it dumping out the front cap so I got a new radiator cap and then plugged the vent. This cap is really high pound rated (28-32) so it should not pop forcing the rear cap to pop (8 lb I think)

While putting in some desert and trail mileage last time out at JV, I discovered my new cooler mount wasn't cutting it with one strap. Got some hardware from Swag Offroad and made it a double strap cooler mount which should solve the issue.

While in Asia, I got my cromoly all welded up. They are now at the heat treater getting normalized and heat treated.

Got the passenger side floor all done now. I put a tube in there like a basket to protect the passengers feet as well as tied it into the seat mount that was nonexistent.
