I'm keeping the top and windshield, not decided on the fenders, the top will be cut flush to the door line. I narrowed the body about 4" on each side and will get a square tube cage with shorty doors, the design is still in the works. The structure can't be compromised for looks. There is alot more BEER THINKING than actual labor going on.

Oh fuck yeah.... Mark, please collect your deposit in my drawers. :drinks:

Holy shit dude.... that is fucking epic. The LIMO crawler.

I see it now.... party in the back while you run up the Gatekeeper in two minutes flat. I assume you will have a sign up sheet, everyone is going to want to take a ride and sip a beer while you hammer through it. :stirPot:

There is alot to be done, the top is coming off and only the windshield and firewall will be left. 56" springs in the front shackle flip rear, anti wrap bars f/r, cage, blah blah blah. Most likely to be finished for fall wheelin'

Well here's a progress report, front removed to be narrowed, the passenger side has been chopped and tacked the angle in place. To do list, complete boatside legs and cross bracing, cut the top off, build roll cage from square tube(because I know I'll get flamed for it). Mechanical, remove engine to r/r head gaskets(turbo blew them out) timing chain, camshaft, water pump, fuel pump, injectors and glow plugs. Replace trans with a bullet proof 700r4 and a 203/205 doubler. Shackle flip rear, 56" front springs, f/r anti wrap, homebrew driveshafts and 42's with weld on double beadlocks.

Damn dude... that is a BIG ass list of to-dos! :dig:

At this rate.... you might not wheel for another five years. :thefinger:

BUT, while we still love you... pics or it didn't happen!

Hope Tilly, you, etc... roll out to Big Bear with us. And hey.... what ever happened to Maui Wowie's video at Calico? That was one hell of a camera he was carrying... he had to get some great footage.

Removed 16 bastard rivets holding the core support and spring hangers. Tacked the new spring hanger and installed the 56" springs.
