had a very un-satisfying weekend working on the rockrod

seems like the little shit takes the longest

harnesses are in, fluids filled, hydro steering working, engine is running
drivelines built

but,,,,,, none of the old yokes match up with the new flanges

i'll order new yokes ( guess i should have anyways)

fuck the details,,,,, i'm not "detail" oriented

shake down in red rock went well. we didn't get into
everything that i wanted to (we got a late start)
but i was just fucking tickled to be back in it after
7 months of down time. zak got a few pics and vids
can't wait to see the lil pig from the outside

we had a ball this sunday

finally pushed the rockrod hard, and it worked well
bent a link bar, barbour polled the rear drive line,
both ends of the ram are loose, lost my brakes,
the pins for my drive flanges are loose on both sides
and all i have to show for it,,>> this short video

right rear link bar, bent just a little on the first waterfall we came to,
josh has video,,, we all had to mob it after several failed trys


no changes, but need to get a five gallon pail of lock-tite
lots of things loosened up.

need to wire in my D-2s, the amber light on the back of the cab,
add 2 short pieces of tube up front, lock-tite everything, paint my full
doors, figure out my brake problems, polish my muffler, get my rims
chromed, have my paint detailed, install a giant stereo system, put
a LS4 in it, atlas tranfercase adapted to NP203 adapted to a NP205
adapted to 2 toyota cases, then fab a custom flange to go between
the rear axle and the rear case, and a ten ft front driveline,

other than that,,,,,,i'm good to go

Might want to "measure twice" before you make that cut.... and don't use the one you use to measure your dick... because your old lady gave you a ruler and changed the cm side to inches.
