hard mounting the smittybuilt compressor...

Ok so i am looking at mounting the air compressor in the rear 1/4 panel on the passenger side. I have heavy duty wire to run power. I have the rear rockerpanle cut and folded and it makes a perfect platform for the compressor.

My biggest concern is that its a tight fit and I am not sure if the compressor will get too hot in there. If so i am thinking about cutting a 4x4 square out of the body and popriviting in a sheet of louvers. Possibly also adding a fan to push hot air out of the cubby hole. Im going to cut the plastics so there is access to the compressor. Im also going to be adding a quick connect of both sides of the jeep so i can easily access all tires.

So that is the plan. Can i get some input on thoughts?

Here is my main reasons i want to mount it
-I want the compressor out of the way.
-I prefer to have things mounted rather than strapped (personal preference)
-Easily accessable for use
-I plan to get an air tank eventually
-More room for other gear in the back (including the dogs)

Thanks in advance everyone and happy wheeling :drinks:
