I dont know how to change axle shafts. I got a new set of chromolly axles with u joints for my front dana30 on my CJ7 because i messed mine up a few weekends ago. Sure, I can pay someone to do it but I want to learn how so if I ever break one on the trail I can switch it out. The more I learn the better I am of right? Is there anyone willing to help me out one afternoon or morning? I can do most of the work...just need someone to guide me through it. Im a learn by doing kind of guy. For your help I will have cold beers (or sodas) and food. If dont drink and you dont like food well I guess I can pay a little for your help. Any help would be appreciated!

Trying to get it donw by next weekend so I can go to Gorman for the 4 Wheel parts costomer appreciation day.

I could sit around and watch you work for an afternoon. Pick a day. You'll find that I'm really quite good a supervising.

To add to this. Make sure you have the correct socket for your hub bearing nuts. Unless you have unit bearings like newer jeeps.

I sent you a message last week saying "bring it by". I'm doing a lift tomorrow for durk in the afternoon. Come over then.

It was good fun, Rene did all the.work and i drank his beer...

The only hangup in the project was the broken drivers side ujoint it had expanded enough to not fit out the knuckle... Instead of dropping the knuckle we used the torch to cut off the ears for a quicker removal.
