Idea!
Posted: May 29th, 2009, 8:18 pmIt has been proposed that we as a group try to get into the Veterans day parade and the Christmas parade this year.
I have spoken to the guys down at the American Legion Post 26, they are who put on the Veterans day parade, and they would like to have us involved. I proposed the idea of us transporting veterans that otherwise would not be available to participate in the parade in our Jeeps. If enough people are interested I will go ahead with planning this. I believe it would be a lot of fun and a great way to give back to our community and the men and women that have fought for our country.
I have sent emails to the organizers of the Christmas parade but have not received any responses yet.
Tell me what all of you think!!!!
