c-train moving over rough road help.
Posted: July 12th, 2015, 9:07 amHi all, A friend of mine bought (3) 20' c-trains. He had them delivered to some mountain property he recently purchased. The driver refused to take them the last 5 miles. He took the first one to within a mile and wouldnt go further, then turned around and took it back to the others.
We drove the road yesterday with a dually 1 ton chevy flatbed 2WD with street tires. It is rough and several tight corners, switch back style but nothing impassable.
Does anyone have experience with moving c-trains or know of a good moving company near Bakersfield Ca.
A trailer is an option but some of the road is narrow and three point turns would be needed.
