what do you guys think about having the monthly meet & greet at the same place each month?
i've set up a poll so we can vote on it, we can also vote on a location.
you can make 2 selections in the poll. please vote for either different location or same location. then vote for a location.
if you change your mind you can also change your votes.
i put the locations of our past meet & greets as the choices plus other as another option.
and if you vote other for the location please post the location you would like to have it
thanks

I say we go with the same place each month.
Chuy's has great parking and exposure.
The biggest turn outs have been at Chuy's.
Food is pretty good and a good selection of beer.

I say move around. If you hang out in the same place all the time the police also start hanging around the same place. I have seen it on biker nite. Not that I have anything against the police but for a while they were hasseling bikers and ticketing them for minor violations.

I think the same place would be good. That way everybody knows where it is and we may get a discount on food from the place.

Also we are looking to see about getting a gift card from 4WP and raffling it off to create interest in the Meet & Greets as well as generate money for things like banners, flags, ect.
Would you guys be interested in that?

Are we moving in a direction of a club with dues and bylaws? Not that would be a bad thing...just asking.

make all checks payable to
i think the plan is to see if 4WP will donate a gift card for us to raffel off and use the money for another gift card for the next meet & greet and if we can generate enough funds through the raffel we can put some towards a banner, flags, etc.. and maybe if the raffel grows enough we can get gift cards for a higher dollar amount and or multiple gift cards. that right there would help bring in new members

and give 4WP some more business.
shoot if we do decide to have the meet & greets at one place maybe we can get them to donate a gift card too
but to answer your question
no

What about Chuys on Stine and Wilson? Or the Rocket Shop cafe at the airport on Union? I know the owner he said he can give us our own parking section in front of the restaurant.

Either Chuy's is good. Might be good to go to 4WP every other or every 3rd month for a change. That was cool last time having the ramp there.
