just thought this looked cool. was wondering if it would interfere with anything, or if there would be clearance issues with trackbar or steering components? Anyone have one or know of them?

Nope no issues should bolt right on and do its job

Shouldn't be a problem as far as the track bar goes but the stock tie rod may be really close. Especially if you hit a pillow or something and bend the stock tie rod.
Hard to tell in the pic but the tie rod may sit just above the extra metal added.
You can have my stock ones if you want to weld up something like that.

Lot's of diff covers on the market to choose from. The G2 diff covers are pretty good and a good price........probably the only thing G2 that I'd recommend. They have both steel and aluminum.

you know my problem Richard.... I'm not looking for diff covers, I was looking for spring retainers I, just cant help myself. I don't know I need it until I see something cool somewhere. BTW I found on Tereflex's page a new rear spring pad, comes with spring retainers.... could kill two birds with one stone for 85.00
Its the weld in ones not the bolt in but they come pre tapped for the retainers, could be an option.

Those are for the bottom, used if you swapped in another axle. It's pretty simple to drill a hole in the stock ones and use a self tapping bolt to mount a retainer plate. It's the top that could use something.

I thought I remembered talking about the bolt on spring pads to straighten the springs... I saw the weld on ones..... I must be remembering two conversations at the same time..common problem for an overthinker.

Check out the Rock Krawler degree wedges. A cheap solution to spring bow.

While these work to some degree, I'd go the other route if money isn't an issue. I have the RK item and think money can be better spent attacking the problem.

instead of the wedges I just ran several beads of weld on one side of the spring pad to compensate for my pinion angle. Worked perfect, and for retainer you can just buy some pipe clamps to hold the spring on, atleast for the axle side.
