Henry is willing to kick the can down the road on his baby's birthday, but Larry can't give up gardening for the club?

I tell ya... some serious sides being taken here.

One member is hardcore while the other, well... kinda poofy if you ask me.

Don't worry Larry.... you were on the maybe list. So you only get ridiculed here for not following throw and making it happen (as Henry has pointed out.... plenty of time prior to the weekend), not in the main post, where one member has already been flogged.

Oh yeah.... the desert might be teaming with freaks. Bring your pistolas boys, we might have to defend our campsite from the Cottonwood zombie club... I overheard that if the rapture actually transpires, Trevor will publicly profess his love for Victor in a gay porn flick.

Speaking of Trevor..... where the fuck did he go? Is he coming on this run, I know he once upon a time said he was a maybe.

Current weather forecast has gotten much better. Rain is now completely out of the forecast and the wind, called for Sunday, looks like it isn't there any longer either. This is shaping up well!

Please update my status from "Maybe" to "Going".

I still don't know if I will be staying overnight, but I will be there either Saturday or Sunday --or maybe both.

I have a correction on the weather for you Brad... It may not be from Calico... but I think we can all agree that Saturdays weather will be the same through out the world.

Done! Saturday would be better Aldo, for the simple reason... I am not sure how much, if any, wheeling will occur on Sunday. I am down for it... but we'll see what trails are left and who is up for it. If you want to come Sunday only.... call me Saturday evening and hopefully I have cell coverage at the camp site and we can discuss Sunday's plan.

We should run Gatekeeper last, on our way back after exiting Odessa. That way, those that try and fail won't miss out on a run, and those that chose to enjoy the show can kick back with a cold one.

A walk down Gatekeeper memory lane;

Yeah.... DD's idea is best so that everyone can kick back with a beer and enjoy the action.... unless of course you are nuts enough to be part of the action. Me.... I would never do that. Unless of course, Scott shows up. He is a MASTER spotter, unlike that Larry guy. :thefinger:
