Are you confirmed on the Deuce with the troop seats, so I can tell the Legion how many Vets we can carry.

So what's happening about the practice? I can't make it in the morning unless I get time to replace my axle shafts before then.
We can get the bigger rigs up on the big ass tires then the smaller rigs on the those rigs tires.

Ok guys and gals, We have 8 days left to plan and get this thing going!!!

Banners? Who has them and do we have kids from the group to carry it? Does everybody have t shirts and stickers for their rigs?

I have updated the first post with our entry # and all of the maps. We are very near the front this year due to the awesome showing last year! As well as a few rules we need to follow. The rules this year are very strict on distance between groups so we need to be quick, sense we are very close to the front we will be looked at harder if we pause too long and we only have 30 seconds to show off at the judges stand this year, any longer and we can be disqualified. If you have a CB that needs work try and get it working for the parade. It greatly helps in the coordination and communication during the parade. Lets not disappoint!

Double check the list if you are wanting to participate and are not on it please post so I can add you!

From what I have heard the practice is this Sat Nov 5th. I don't know the time so can someone post that up?

We are not going to be the only 4X4 group in this year so we need to step up our game. We are going to take first place again this year!

I'm at national guard duty this weekend so I won't be there but the truck is at my house if you want to conspire against it. 661-932-7001

Here is the cold hard truth and the problem regardless of whether we have a practice day or not; I got a dozen texts/PMs/facebook IMs from people that can't do Saturday due to soccer, cant do Sunday due to church, can't do mornings, have to work in the evening, want to change locations, etc, etc. I tried to schedule something at 4WP at 10am today but only a few rigs would have showed.

We have 30 seconds to pull off an amazing stack job. We were quick last year, and it still took a good 3 minutes. Over 30 seconds and we get disqualified, but often 1 single rig can't get on a big tire in 30 seconds without lots of practice and lockers.

If we had a practice, only the people who participated in it would be doing the stacking, because folks unaware of their position/timing/needed approach angle would get us disqualified. This would piss off a lot of people because only a few rigs would be allowed to stack, or we would be stuck winging-it like we did last year - making the practice a waste of time

Next year we need to set something in stone and stick with it. Its going to be really embarrassing if we get beat by another local 4x4 club

I hope they don't get too strict with the 30 sec time limit. If they don't we have a good chance of winning again

Who was going to drive my deuce in the parade? I know they are a bitch to drive if you are not used to it, so you can stop by my house and give it a practice drive if you want.

Truth is we all know who's experienced and who's not... Who gots a capable rig (of stacking on such a big vehicle) and who doesn't. We know are rigs and what it takes to make it up bigger obstacles. The people out front who will get judged should only be those guys. So out front should be:
A big Ass duece
DD
Green sami
Me
And we need at least one more for the last tire.

That right there is 30 seconds if we all hit a tire at the same time.
