It's not that challenging is it? Last year when it was supposed to snow in Bakersfield, my friend took his Audi A5 with stock tires up Rancheria to near the top. It was the snow that did him in, but that slick clay mud at the bottom was slippery, but couldn't stop him.

I was contemplating heading for higher ground in Sequoia National Monument for Sequoia National Park.

Keep me informed on the mud situation. I might bring my mud monster out and see what it can do. I think I can hang with the best of ya'll.

If I get stuck, we strap 3 or 4 rigs together, and then to me, and pull like a train.

Used 5 armored humvees like that in Iraq to pull out a 60k pound bulldozer that was stuck in a pond, and used 3 humvees to pull out a 10 ton wrecker (approx 30k pounds) out of the mud

Best recoveries ever though, were pulling our Buffalo our of a canal with an Abrams tank,

Or when we lifted a humvee out of a canal with a Chinook helicopter.

Thats what happens when you let city boys wheel.......
